System Specs

The system’s 2500 gallon tank is baffled to dissipate turbulence while its unique direct water injection design eliminates aeration. The system can operate on 120 volts and 15 amps. The system’s flow accuracy is at 0.25% of 1500 GPM (or 4 GPM of 1500 GPM) and has the ability to create intake workload on any size pump with only one size hose. The system is 100% automated with the capability to be wirelessly controlled from a tablet or smartphone, meaning program changes and troubleshooting can be done from anywhere.

Trailer Specs

The base model trailer is a 24′ All Aluminum bumper pull with 6k torsion axles set on an 8″ spread design for smooth towing. The trailer features a 48 sq. ft. indoor control room with built-in desk and lower cabinets. The all aluminum trailer frame is engineered to hold 30k pounds of weight and is supported by 4 hydraulic jacks rated to 12k pounds each. The hydraulic jack system makes setup fast and easy for one person, even at an uneven testing location.
